Pastor Katie has a unique passion for the youth of the church and a deep desire to see youth in the community connected to the church and growing in Christ.  Katie and her husband Jared came to Barrie and the Ferris Lane Community Church in 2005 shortly after their marriage.  Katie leads a Youth Group called Won by One, for kids in Grade six and up that meets Wednesday nights at 7pm.  In addition to leading the Youth ministry, Katie leads worship on Sunday mornings and leads a contemporary worship service called ReFuel which meets every first and third Thursday night at 7pm.
