This year's Church of the Nazarene General Assembly will be held June 19 - 27 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Many international delegates are not accustomed to the air conditioning in the meeting halls.
CAN YOU HELP by collecting and/or making a shawl? The delegates to the District NMI Convention are being asked to collect and bring the shawls on May 28th & 29th.
If you knit or crochet you could make one or you could donate a ready made one. Please give them to Linda Pascoe or Virginia Foster no later than Sunday, May 26th.

Refuel is changing…new name, new time! Beginning in April, it’s “ Renew” and it’s the 3rd Thursday of every month. We’ll be celebrating communion, and spending time in song, prayer and quiet reflection. Plan now to join us Thursday April 18th at 7:00 pm, with dessert afterwards. [READ MORE]

We thank God for the safe arrival of Emma Jane Lynn Holder, born Tues. March 26th, weighing 7lb. 7oz. Proud parents Kim and Jeff and big brothers Cody and Haydn are all doing wonderfully, but Jeff is in charge of the meals, so we all know that any casseroles or meals sent their way by our church family would be very much appreciated! DRIVING TO KENYA
Richmond, BC resident, Douglas Woods, is going to Kenya this summer – and he is driving to get there. Doug is part of a team that is going to build an extension on an elementary school in the Kawangware slum of Nairobi, Kenya. The estimated cost of the project is $25,000.00. Each team member is required to pay his or her own way at a cost of approximately $3,000.00. When Doug was accepted on the team, he applied for a shuttle bus driving position with R.F. Luxury Shuttle Ltd of Richmond, explaining his mission to GM and owner, Raymond Grewal. [READ MORE]
